Terms of Use & Service Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, accessing the HACK 365 Global platform, downloading our VPN configurations, or participating in our Capture The Flag (CTF) and events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

WARNING: This platform contains tools and techniques used by real-world adversaries. If you are not comfortable using offensive security tools in a controlled environment, or if you intend to use this knowledge for illegal activities, do not use this platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform independently.

K-12 & Minors: Users between 13–17 years may only use the platform under the supervision of a verified School Administrator or Parent/Guardian.

Restricted Persons: By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not currently barred from using computer networks by any court of law, nor are you listed on any government denial-of-service or international sanctions lists.

Any access by such persons constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and a material breach of these Terms. HACK 365 Global assumes no liability for such unauthorized access, and you agree to indemnify us fully against any legal consequences arising from your violation of this clause.

3. THE "ETHICAL HACKING" OBLIGATION (CRITICAL)

You acknowledge that HACK 365 Global is an educational platform designed for defensive and authorized offensive security training.

• Authorized Targets Only: You will only direct attacks (exploits, scans, payloads) against the specific Virtual Machines (VMs) and IP addresses explicitly assigned to you within the HACK 365 Lab environment.
• No Real-World Attacks: You will NEVER use the skills, tools, or techniques learned here to attack targets for which you do not have written permission (e.g., government websites, private companies, personal devices).
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold HACK 365 Global harmless from any legal action, damages, or liability resulting from your use of these skills outside our platform.

4. VIRTUAL LAB & VPN ACCEPTABLE USE

Our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is a shared resource. To ensure performance and safety, the following are Strictly Prohibited:

• Crypto-Mining: Using our CPU/GPU resources to mine cryptocurrency.
• Outbound Scanning: Using our infrastructure to scan the open internet or attack third-party IP addresses.
• Botnets/C2: Using our labs to host Command & Control servers for external malware.
• Infrastructure Attacks: Attempting to escape the virtual sandbox ("VM Escape"), attacking the host hypervisor, or disrupting the platform’s core services.
• Violation Consequence: Immediate, permanent ban without refund.

5. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY & CHEATING

• Flag Sharing: You may not share "Flags" (answers) with other users.
• Public Write-ups: You may not publish "Walkthroughs" or "Write-ups" for active machines or exams. (You may publish write-ups for retired machines only, with credit to HACK 365 Global).
• Tool Automation: Using automated flag-submitters or "flag-sharing bots" is prohibited.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

Our Content: All course videos shown as ours (not externals), labs, text, diagrams, lab architectures, and code provided by HACK 365 Global are our exclusive property. You may not record, scrape, resell, or redistribute them.

Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use only.

7. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFUNDS

• Subscriptions: Monthly/Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the cycle ends.
• Corporate/Sponsor Accounts: If your account is paid for by an employer or school ("Sponsor"), the Sponsor retains the right to access your progress reports and may revoke your access at any time.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers, provided you have not completed more than 45% of a course/lab or downloaded sensitive lab materials.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". HACK 365 Global makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Due to the nature of hacking tools, some labs may crash or behave unpredictably. We do not guarantee that completing a lab/course will result in employment.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HACK 365 Global, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from your use of the platform.

Specific Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have:

• Violated these Terms.
• Engaged in illegal cyber activity.
• Harassed other users or staff.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall first be settled amicably. If that fails, it shall be referred to arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, or the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction.
